The Database Coordinator is crucial in creating, maintaining, organizing, and optimizing our database system to ensure efficient data... management. This position will contribute directly to the success of our association by supporting various departments in leveraging data for strategic decision-making, member engagement, program development, and impact evaluation. This role will be the primary internal support for our Engagement Management System (IMIS). The person in this role will need to be able to see the bigger picture and use their expertise to optimize our use of IMIS and get the most out of the available features. Time management is essential as you are the only internal database personnel on staff.
