The Digital Media Director position is strategic, hands‑on role that manages and oversees the performance of our digital marketing team, leads paid media strategy, and drives cross‑platform campaign success. Manage and mentor a team of social media, SEM, and digital marketing specialists Optimize digital team structure, workflows and responsibilities Support the development and growth of the digital team Determine and implement training, seminars or other activities to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, changes, and best practices 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with deep expertise in paid search and paid social Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube; programmatic required Agency background preferred with experience across diverse client verticals Proven ability to deliver ROI‑driven campaigns that meet or exceed performance goals Proficient with business intelligence and analytics tools, dashboards, and valuable reporting Experienced people leader, with a track record of managing digital media teams and collaborating cross‑functionally (account, creative, client teams) Strong client presentation and communication skills Competitive pay based on experience 401K with match Health, dental and vision insurance 3‑weeks paid vacation to start Paid holidays Bonus birthday day off
