The Marketing & Ads Strategic Analytics team delivers advanced analytics, measurement, and decision support for Best Buy’s Marketing and Retail Media Network organizations. This role focuses on audience management, CRM analytics, and broader customer‑behavior insights that shape key marketing and RMN strategies. Basic Qualifications • 3 or more years applying analytical and statistical techniques to business questions • 1 or more years leveraging advanced data and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI/Looker) • 1 or more years of experience conducting statistical significance testing • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Business) We offer generous benefits that address your total well-being and provide support as you need it, especially key moments in your life.
