Delivery Partner Account ManagerEqual parts advisor and operating partner, Amazon's team of Account Managers assist and guide our Delivery Partner (DP) business owners as they build and grow successfully a new last mile package delivery business. As trusted advisors, they work alongside DPs to help solve challenges at a programmatic level; influence their business planning and strategy; and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DP owners make effective business decisions and are setup for success. WHAT YOU'LL DOIn this Individual Contributor role, you will serve as the face of Amazon to a portfolio of 200 Delivery Partners assigned to delivery stations in a pre-defined region. On a daily basis, Delivery Partner Account Managers are responsible for: Supporting DPs as they onboard to the program, launch and ramp into their steady state volume.
