Demand Generation Specialist

The Demand Generation Specialist at Affirma will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing plans that support sales objectives and develop the sales pipeline of strategic accounts. In This Role You Will • Design, plan and execute demand generation campaigns including content creation, email marketing, paid media, webinars, and social media • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and fill the sales pipeline while monitoring and optimizing conversion rates • Design and execute ABM marketing program in targeted account verticals • Own the hands-on execution of all email and lifecycle marketing campaigns (drafting copy, building & sending emails, pulling audience lists, A/B testing, reporting, and more) • Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve prospect conversion rate and secure meetings • Work collaboratively with other departments to create a regular cadence of content for lead generation (ebooks, webinars, blog posts, etc) • Plan and manage a promotional calendar for the marketing team and ensure deadlines are met • Build, maintain, monitor and optimize all paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn • Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and pain points and develop content that supports sales enablement • Manage lead database and marketing automation to automate, measure and optimize marketing campaigns and workflows About You • 2+ years of relevant marketing/demand generation/account-based marketing experience • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail • Must have experience managing and executing ABM • Must have experience executing within marketing automation platforms like (Marketo, HubSpot, Optimizely, DemandBase, etc) • Proven experience of managing paid media campaigns that drive revenue growth • Practical experience with lead database management, reporting and analytics • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills • Marketing Automation • ABM • Google Ads • CRM • Paid Social • Google Analytics • SEO Nice to haves • Experience with HubSpot • Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite • Video editing experience Why Affirma? • One of Washington's Fastest Growing Private Companies & Top 100 Best Companies to Work For (According to Seattle Business Magazine and Puget Sound Business Journal) • Casual environment, surrounded by incredibly intelligent and motivated co- workers, and a performance-driven culture • Flexible Schedule • Opportunity for growth • Great location, great people, exciting projects, and tons of fun.
