Dental Assistant / Marketing Coordinator

As a dental assistant you will be working together with a team of two other very skilled and dedicated dental assistants. Patient Engagement and Marketing Coordinator Duties: Your duties as a Marketing Coordinator will allow you to use your creative marketing and people skills to help us grow our patient base and build our brand. You will have your own office space as a base to complete these duties. • Keep our office “top of mind” with our patients by using various means of communication • Taking pictures of our patients and in-office events for use in Social Media • Posting to Social Media on a regular basis • Be a liaison between the doctor and outside marketing agencies that we subscribe to • Contribute to enhancing the “patient experience” as a means of differentiating our practice • Creating short video testimonials from our patients for posting • Maintain a “Rolodex” (Contact List) for Vendors, Resources, Organizations, etc. as it pertains to marketing • Maintain journal of all marketing activities and their progress / results You will likely not be doing all these duties, all the time.
