• Serve as a key member of senior management team, working closely with the Museum Director and museum colleagues on digital initiatives, creating and implementing effective and proactive marketing and communication strategies and visitor engagement strategies with a focus on expanding audience and donor and membership bases, increasing revenue, strengthening the organization's voice and increasing its impact. Key Functions • Responsible for data-driven audience development, planning and oversight of visitor experience, and public program development and expansion; includes oversight of the activities of revenue-generating units: group sales, general sales, and other growth opportunities with the goal of increasing revenue. • Minimum of ten years of experience leading and managing a comprehensive strategic marketing and business development function, with a track record of leveraging digital resources to drive revenue and promote an organization's mission and goals with the widest set of stakeholders possible.
