You'll be joining a company that’s making a positive impact on the digital media market using evidence-based metrics to increase the transparency of media quality. We’re remote for the foreseeable future, but you should expect to be in NYC a couple times a year. For those in the area, we have a space in Manhattan to work from if interested. What You’ll Do and Learn: Prioritize high- quality web design and functionality Maintain our Webflow site, including design and build of new features and functionality as needed Own the design and build of digital touchpoints, including email designs and social media posts Follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across digital channels Work with the marketing team to implement site updates and new campaigns Design and build animated banners for display advertising campaigns Monitor and report on web performance using Google Analytics Monitor and improve SEO performance Identify and resolve issues and bugs quickly Implement A/B tests to continually improve site engagement and time-on-site Requirements: A portfolio showcasing your best work to date Expertise with Webflow content styling, animation, and CMS capabilities Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator + XD) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with data visualization libraries (chart.js, d3.js, or similar) Experience with digital marketing and graphic design best practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast- paced environment Nice to have: Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Adobe Premiere a big plus An understanding of digital advertising, media, or adtech What we offer: Remote work Competitive pay Collaborative and creative atmosphere Career advancement opportunities Recognition and reward for outstanding performance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance package Vacation and holidays About Adelaide Brands and agencies use Adelaide to evaluate digital advertising effectiveness and optimize media on the fly towards more efficient outcomes.
