"Detail Dollars" See, we need a way to track who is generating which sales and the best idea I have for this is for each member of our sales force to have a unique code on an unlimited batch of “Detail Dollar” coupons they’ll provide via email/text/paper to every prospect they’re trying to sell. You’d earn 8% of our $1,000 revenue ($80) on top of the gross commission you’re earning. Our staff wants you to be well paid because you're generating work for them and they don't lose a penny when you get paid so they'll be tracking the Detail Dollars they receive to make sure you get your commission.
