Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube • Optimize daily performance to hit CPA and ROAS targets • Scale monthly ad spend profitably, balancing efficiency and growth • Test and iterate on audiences, creative, landing pages, and funnels • Analyze and report on campaign data, providing clear takeaways • Collaborate with creative and brand teams on asset development • Research and experiment with new channels • Own keyword strategy and SEO optimizations across pages and content • Stay current on ad platform updates, targeting capabilities, and attribution trends Qualifications: • 2–4 years experience in digital advertising • Proven success managing ad spend • Deep experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and attribution platforms • Strong data analysis skills—comfortable making decisions from performance metrics • Bonus: experience with OTT/CTV or running tests on programmatic channels • Bonus: background in home, lifestyle, or eCommerce products Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
