Process Group is seeking a data-driven Digital Ad Buyer & Performance Strategist to manage and optimize paid media across multiple digital platforms. This position works closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in managing a $2M+ annual ad spend budget across multiple brands. This is a ROAS and revenue-focused role with strong ownership over media performance and growth. Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, and emerging platforms Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall revenue performance Analyze data and performance trends to guide media buying and scaling decisions Manage and allocate a $2M+ annual advertising budget efficiently Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and funnel optimization Track and report on performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging with performance insights Identify growth opportunities across new channels, audiences, and campaign structures Build performance dashboards and provide clear reporting to leadership Location: In-Office Salary: $60k-70k Reports To: CEO Focus: Revenue growth, ROAS, and performance optimization
