Drive Philadelphia magazine and The Philadelphia Citizen’s membership program (Change Philly Movement). 3-5 years in digital media marketing, audience development, or similar role.Expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.Foundational design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud) with a strong eye for marketing aesthetics, user experience, and the ability to assess client materials for quality and specifications.Excellent written communication skills for writing clever, engaging member emails, portal posts, and audience-facing brand messaging.Experience managing SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and audience targeting.Comfort with experimenting, trying new marketing tactics, and following data trends.Gregarious, hospitable, and energized by connecting with people around civic engagement, community impact, and media brands.
