Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Digital Ad Operations Specialist will manage programmatic and paid social campaigns, executing 75-100 new campaigns monthly while communicating insights and performance recommendations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Execute and manage digital campaigns across programmatic and paid social channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Build and launch programmatic campaigns with multiple ad groups, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to best practices Proactively communicate campaign insights and optimization recommendations to team leads and Client Success Managers Required qualifications BS/BA degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of direct experience in digital ad operations or campaign management Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and paid social channels Experience with at least one major DSP or social advertising platform Ability to manage a high volume of campaigns with speed and accuracy
