Digital Ad Ops Coordinator

Nexstar Media Group has an opening to join the Digital Advertising Operations team as a Digital Coordinator. We are seeking the perfect fit for our team. Ad Ops is about details in the constantly changing world of digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be constantly self-motivated by their responsibilities, but also able to keep an eye out for opportunities to innovate.JOB SUMMARYImplementing digital advertising campaigns on Nexstar’s television station websites and appsPrimary duties are trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Ad Servers (GAM, Freewheel, etc.) and an enterprise broadcast traffic and accounting systemDAILY RESPONSIBILITIESApprove and traffic advertising campaigns using multiple ad-serving platformsReview, test, and QA ad creativeEnsure all ad orders adhere to creative, technical, and legal specificationsTroubleshoot ad serving errors and report discrepanciesProvide reports on campaign delivery and performanceProcess creative changes and campaign updatesSupport advertising sales teams with focus on providing excellent customer serviceCollaborate with team members to find solutions and opportunities for improvementsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's level degree preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, great organizational and prioritization skillsStrong problem-solving drive and ability to execute solutionsA quick learner, proactive, friendly, and work well under pressureDigital advertising familiarityExperience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookMust be both a team player and able to make solid solo contributionsPREFERRED EXPERIENCEWork experience in digital advertisingAbility to organize and analyze data in ExcelAbility to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a deadline driven environment is key to successExposure to website publishing systems, in particular Word PressBasic knowledge of HTML and Java Script Pre-employment background screen required, EOE, M/F/D/VCompensation$45,000 - $48,000 based on experience (hourly role)Benefitsmedical (with multiple plan options)dentalvision insurancepaid time offa 401(k) with company matching contributionsPaid Parental leavelife insurance and morePart time employees are eligible for 401(k) and any local/state leave plansUnion positions are subject to the benefits outlined in their Collective Bargaining AgreementRemote / Work for Home open to any US locationNexstar Media Group, Inc.
