Digital Ad Product Manager, Channel Innovation

Lead the monetization strategy for newsletters and email products (placement packaging, pricing logic, tiering, targeting, performance benchmarks). Translate concepts into clear product specs, and go‑to‑market packages; run test‑and‑learn pilots, measure outcomes, and decide when to scale, iterate, or sunset. Establish relationships with local sales teams to get market feedback on product needs; incorporate that feedback throughout product development cycles Work closely with advertising operations, client experience, editorial, design and development, marketing, and local market sales teams; coordinate with external partners or vendors when needed. Work with sales development and training teams to support local market product adoption efforts.
