The perfect candidate for this position can work cross-functionally within the digital marketing and account management teams to create and execute digital/social campaigns, monitor performance, report, and communicate client results. • Measuring and Reporting Performance: Monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results against predefined goals (ROI and KPIs), and providing comprehensive reports to clients and generating custom reports on request. • Quarterly Reporting: Generating quarterly reports for digital clients which provide additional data, identifies performance trends, and provides recommendations. • Other Digital Marketing Duties: Embrace collaboration with the digital team. • Supporting Sales and Service: Collaborating with sales and service teams as needed to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
