This role will begin as a part-time position with strong potential to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. As our Digital Ads Manager, you will oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns for both our clients and our internal brands. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for external clients and internal projects • Set up and maintain conversion tracking infrastructure • Use tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console, and Google Site Kit to monitor and enhance performance • Produce performance reports and share actionable insights • Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and data accuracy • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with broader marketing goals Required Experience • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads accounts, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign attribution • Proficiency with GTM, GA, Search Console, Site Kit, and other Google marketing tools • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision or training • Analytical mindset focused on delivering performance and ROI We are hiring immediately.
