Role Overview

Case Source is seeking a high-performing Digital Ads Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. This is a role for an expert who thrives in competitive landscapes and knows how to turn a significant ad budget into measurable success stories.

What You Will Do
• Scale High-Stakes Campaigns: Take full ownership of significant ad spends across Google and Meta, ensuring every dollar is optimized for maximum ROI.
• Navigate Competitive Markets: Leverage your experience in high-intent sectors (Legal, Finance/Insurance, or Home Services) to outpace the competition.
• Optimize Ad Placements: Hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta placements, continuously testing and refining creative and targeting strategies.
• Solve Complex Funnel Issues: Identify bottlenecks in the digital journey and implement technical solutions to keep campaigns running at peak efficiency.
• Report on Growth: Translate raw data into "success stories" that demonstrate the impact of your strategies on the company’s bottom line.

What You Bring
• Proven track record managing high-volume digital ad spend.
