Digital Advertising Account Rep

In the role as a Digital Advertising Account Manager, you will serve as a key partner with clients on both a strategic and tactical level. • Manage the client relationship for assigned clients, managing all requests and acting as the liaison between the client and the Leap Frog internal team • Develop strong client and internal team relationships that foster collaboration and trust • Serve as a main point of contact for client communications: lead weekly calls, face to face meetings, and monthly reporting • Manage renewals and seek opportunities to advance the client relationship and identify new business opportunities, by analyzing performance and ensuring ongoing improvement • Understand and upsell Leap Frog products to meet revenue objectives • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital media campaigns, SEO performance tactics, email campaigns and more designed to drive lead volumes and/or brand awareness • Collaborate with internal digital media specialist to analyze campaign data from various sources, interpret results and present meaningful insights and recommendations for improvement to the client in monthly dashboards • Manage overall account profitability and monitor budgets for monthly billing Requirements: • Three or more years of account management and marketing experience in digital channels preferred • Automotive industry experience is a plus • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, and other paid media marketing channels • Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships and have helped to drive new initiatives from these relationships • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment • Outstanding written and oral communications skills • Travel will be required 3-6 nights per month.
