Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Advertising Analyst to join our marketing team. Key Responsibilities Tracking, Analytics & Reporting • Implement and manage pixel and conversion tracking across all advertising platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM) • Configure GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — including event tracking, goal setup, and audience creation • Build and maintain campaign performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) • Export and synthesize campaign data into clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders • Monitor attribution, UTM parameters, and cross-channel performance to ensure data accuracy Required Qualifications • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, LSA, PMax) • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing META Ads Manager campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) • Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — event setup, reporting, and audience configuration • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for pixel and event tracking implementation • Strong working knowledge of SEM fundamentals — keyword research, match types, Quality Score, bidding strategies • Experience setting up and managing META Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking • Proven ability to build performance dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio • Experience setting up and managing Google Business Profile (Google My Business) • Solid understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic search interact • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly • Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting and reporting • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines
