Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Advertising Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and META platforms, as well as maintaining accurate tracking, reporting, and local digital presence. Implement and manage pixel and conversion tracking across all advertising platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM)Configure GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — including event tracking, goal setup, and audience creationBuild and maintain campaign performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)Export and synthesize campaign data into clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholdersMonitor attribution, UTM parameters, and cross-channel performance to ensure data accuracy Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business) listings, including posts, Q&A, photos, and review responsesApply foundational SEO knowledge to support paid and organic alignment — including keyword strategy, on-page context, and local search signalsEnsure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency and citation accuracy across platformsRequired Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, LSA, PMax)2+ years of hands-on experience managing META Ads Manager campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4) — event setup, reporting, and audience configurationHands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for pixel and event tracking implementationStrong working knowledge of SEM fundamentals — keyword research, match types, Quality Score, bidding strategiesExperience setting up and managing META Pixel and Google Ads conversion trackingProven ability to build performance dashboards and reports in Google Looker StudioExperience setting up and managing Google Business Profile (Google My Business)Solid understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic search interactStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordinglyExcellent written communication skills for ad copywriting and reportingAbility to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Experience managing Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Amazon DSP)Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Pixel setupExperience with Pinterest Ads and Pinterest Tag implementationGoogle Ads certification and/or META Blueprint certificationFamiliarity with retail media networks and cross-platform attribution modelingTools & PlatformsCandidates should have direct, working experience with the following: Google Ads (Search, Display, LSA, PMax, Shopping)META Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Google Tag Manager (GTM)Google Looker Studio (Data Studio)Google Business Profile (GMB)META Business Suite & META PixelAmazon Advertising / Amazon DSP — preferredTikTok Ads Manager & TikTok Pixel — preferredPinterest Ads Manager & Pinterest Tag — preferred
