Digital Advertising and Creative Production Specialist

A senior level Digital Advertising and Creative Production Specialist is needed to manage high daily advertising spend and oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads operations for a high volume PLASTIC SURGERY practice in Miami. This position requires hands on experience working in a medical or cosmetic surgery environment, including strict compliance with advertising policies, sensitive content handling, and lead generation for elective medical procedures. This is a fully in person role that requires daily collaboration with leadership and close coordination with the clinical and sales teams to ensure accurate message delivery and strong performance management. • Identify and eliminate auction overlap across campaigns, ad sets, and audiences to improve efficiency and reduce cost. • Strong understanding of tracking systems including Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and domain verification.
