As the Digital Advertising & Performance Manager, you will be the driving force behind profitable growth within our ecommerce ecosystem through strategic on-site and off-site digital advertising. You will take ownership of the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of our paid media investments across key platforms such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other emerging channels. Develop and implement an effective on-site advertising strategy across major retail media networks including Amazon, Target, and Walmart.Oversee budgets, bids, and campaign structures to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), efficiency, and overall profitability.Continuously optimize campaigns across sponsored products, brands, display, and new ad formats.Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders to synchronize advertising efforts with product launches, inventory management, pricing, and promotional strategies.Off-Site Advertising & Demand Generation Generate clear and concise campaign recaps for brand partners on a regular basis.Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Support discussions with brand partners through performance reviews, testing outcomes, and future plans.Work with internal teams to ensure that advertising strategies align with overall brand objectives.Tools, Testing & Optimization 4-7 years of experience in ecommerce advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing.In-depth hands-on experience with PPC and retail media networks.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.Experience in presenting performance insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners.Adept at balancing growth objectives with margin and profitability targets.Preferred Platforms & Tools
