Creative Directors at Hook are hands-on leaders who assume direct accountability for the success of strategic, messaging, and design development of several brand accounts. Operationally, Creative Directors work to ensure the daily success of multiple small teams. Day to Day Creative Directors should have a strong background in motion and design and be hands-on as needed for projects including: social campaigns, motion graphic videos, pitch decks, branding toolkits, explainer videos and also be fluent in developing copy in the digital space. As the conceptual leader and driving force behind a project or campaign, a Creative's enthusiasm and personal investment in excellence is a critical asset for team leadership and a trust-earning behavior from a client's perspective. (Large tech brands related experience is a plus.)
