Digital Advertising Business Growth Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Manager to drive digital advertising revenue growth by building new business relationships with local and regional businesses and agencies. Key Responsibilities • Meet or exceed individual revenue targets and develop a strategy to support achievement of goals • Prospect, qualify, develop, close, and grow new digital advertising business • Maintain regular contact with clients using phone calls and in-person meetings • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand each client's unique advertising objectives • Develop and present customized digital advertising solutions • Provide regular follow-up reporting to clients using detailed analytics • Support the sales team with proposal development, client service, and analytics for key accounts • Develop a file of success stories and case studies to share with the sales team • Share knowledge of digital media products and trends during sales training meetings • Support the sales management team with special projects related to digital sales Requirements and Skills: • Expertise selling video advertising is required • Experience with other digital advertising products such as display, SEM, SEO, and social media is a plus • Excellent presentation skills are essential - Ability to write, design, and deliver clear and concise information in a creative and compelling format • Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of digital media targeting capabilities and analytics • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong time management skills, consistently meets deadlines • Effective relationship building, customer service, communication, and negotiation skills • Strong computer skills. Must be able to produce high-quality documents in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Professional appearance is a must • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a satisfactory driving record
