We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing digital advertising team. This is a true business development role where your primary responsibility is to identify new opportunities, set appointments with business owners, and develop long-term client relationships.
While our primary focus is Utah businesses, you'll also have the opportunity to sell digital advertising solutions nationwide.
Compensation: $1,500/month guaranteed base salary + uncapped commissions
What Makes This Position Different?
You won't be expected to be a digital marketing expert.
Your role is to open doors, build trust, and uncover opportunities. Once you've qualified a prospect, you'll partner with our experienced digital strategy team during a Client Needs Analysis (CNA), often conducted together over Microsoft Teams. Our strategists create customized marketing recommendations and campaign proposals while you remain the primary local contact for your client.
After the sale, you'll continue managing the relationship while our experienced fulfillment team handles campaign execution and optimization.
This allows you to spend more time doing what great salespeople do best—building relationships, generating new business, and growing revenue.

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
Schedule appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
Conduct discovery meetings and identify marketing opportunities.
Coordinate and participate in Client Needs Analysis (CNA) meetings with our digital strategy team.
Present proposals and close new business.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients after the sale.
Work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Grow and manage your own book of business.
