Digital Advertising Coordinator (Temporary)

This role can start on or after March 1, 2026 and will end on November 13, 2026. This is an evergreen role that Middle Seat fills on a rolling basis as needed. This role is not part of the bargaining unit and begins to think strategically about campaign goalsBegins to learn best practices for direct donate, acquisition, and persuasion campaigns; learns which tests to run and how to read results; begins thinking about ads campaigns as they integrate into an entirely digital program and into an organization’s mission, and begins to give strategic feedback and ideasServes as day-to-day contact with the clients they are assigned to work in collaboration with other ads team membersAssists with A/B testing everything — content, design, targeting, landing page, etc.Other responsibilities as requestedRequirements We are intentional with the decidedly left-of-center clients we work with— and we strive to make our work environment and benefits reflect that, including salary transparency, healthy work-life balance, and consistent employee feedback and communication.
