Supporting Digital Advertising Managers, the full-time remote Digital Advertising Coordinator - Ad Operations will assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring operational excellence and effective client management. Key responsibilities: Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns in alignment with media strategies across various clients Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns while providing reporting support as needed QA and test creatives and ads before launching, ensuring proper functionality and reporting accuracy Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns Hands-on experience with multiple social advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) Experience managing lead generation partners Strong project management skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
