Digital Advertising Director

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Advertising Director to lead the development and execution of our digital advertising strategy, focusing on impactful upper-funnel and brand-building initiatives. Your leadership will extend to mentoring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will possess: • A passion for social change • At least 6 years of experience in paid media, advertising operations, or paid social media optimization • A background in agency, nonprofit, or political digital advertising, fundraising, and marketing • Deep understanding of full-funnel digital advertising with a proven track record in top-of-funnel strategies supporting direct-response objectives • Excellent quantitative reasoning skills, with proficiency in Excel to inform strategic decisions • Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional project teams • A knack for juggling multiple projects in a deadline-driven atmosphere We value obsessive attention to detail, intense curiosity, and the ability to excel with various technology platforms.
