Digital Advertising Director

We need a Digital Advertising Director to lead a team that sets the standard for how Break Something runs paid media campaigns. You'll manage a team of advertising strategists while running several high-stakes client campaigns. You'll work alongside partners to develop media plans, guide creative testing, optimize based on performance data, and make sure every campaign we run reflects Break Something's reputation for smart, bold advertising. You're interfacing with clients alongside partners, making sure the internal execution matches the big strategic vision. You'll use your expertise in persuasion and performance advertising to keep Break Something at the front of the pack.
