About Break Something We need a Digital Advertising Director to lead a team that sets the standard for how Break Something runs paid media campaigns. What Youll Do • Lead the team: manage daytoday work, mentor strategists, provide strategic direction and creative guidance, and keep the team ready to leverage new platforms and tools. Requirements • Highly creative with a proven ability to build performancedriven campaigns that engage target audiences and hit KPIs • Deep platform expertise across Meta, Google Ads, and at least one DSP or other programmatic/managed service vendor • Strong comfort with marketing research and statistical analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance • Experience building, managing, and optimizing media budgets across channels • Demonstrated peoplemanagement experience, balancing handson execution with strategic leadership • Selfmotivated, clientfocused, and solutionoriented, with a bias toward action and ownership • Proactive problem solver who identifies issues early and pursues opportunities aggressively • Expert in persuasion advertising, performance advertising, or ideally both • Deep understanding of what drives campaign success and the ability to teach and mentor others to run effective campaigns Benefits
