Job Description: As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to activate new SMB advertisers by proactively prospecting, pitching, and managing the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and pitch new SMB advertisers • Manage the sales cycle from outreach to onboarding • Use consultative selling to drive business growth and awareness • Leverage CRM tools and sales automation platforms Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: • 12 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or account executive roles • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including: • Base Salary: $48,000/year • Commission & Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on performance • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k Additional Information:
