Digital Advertising Lead

Our cloud-based platform offers a centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations tailored for restaurants. You will be the hands-on leader for all paid advertising initiatives, with the potential for this role to grow into a player-coach function as our paid media team expands. Lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.Align channel strategies with broader demand generation goals to maximize pipeline and return on investment.Oversee the media calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time.Act as the primary contact for Restaurant365's paid media agency.Manage the paid media budget, including allocation, pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation.Make real-time adjustments to enhance campaign efficiency and achieve Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Build Value+ targets.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign success (e.g., impressions, clicks, CPL, qualified lead rate, pipeline contribution, ROI).Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.Continuously test, learn, and iterate to enhance campaign outcomes.Partner with the Demand Generation team on account-based marketing initiatives by directing the media strategy, targeting, and execution for identified high-value accounts and segments.Utilize tools such as 6sense, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and custom audiences for precision targeting.Work alongside Field Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and effective messaging.Collaborate with the SEO and Content teams on landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.Manage daily operations within advertising platforms and coordinate with Marketing Operations to maintain proper tracking standards.Identify opportunities to evolve our digital marketing technology stack and workflows.Perform additional duties as assigned.What You'll Need for Success: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid media management in a B2B or SaaS landscape.Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and YouTube.Proficient in managing large-scale media budgets with a focus on performance accountability.Strong analytical skills with a background in campaign reporting and ROI analysis.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Experience with account-based marketing platforms like 6sense and Demandbase.Proven capability in working with external agencies or media vendors.Knowledge of Domo or similar business intelligence tools.Experience in restaurant technology or similar B2B sectors is a plus.R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
