The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone comfortable managing campaigns directly while building the systems, reporting, and processes that support performance at scale.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital advertising campaigns across gener8tor initiativesManage advertising across key platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and Linked InDrive performance for campaigns promoting programs such as startup accelerators, workforce training (gener8tor Skills), account management initiatives, and other organizational prioritiesDevelop and manage campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and testing frameworksMonitor and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as cost-per-lead, application volume, and conversion ratesBuild and maintain reporting dashboards and campaign performance analysesCollaborate with marketing leadership and program teams to align advertising strategy with recruitment and growth goalsWork closely with creative and social teams to develop effective ad creatives and messagingIdentify opportunities to expand or improve paid acquisition channels and strategiesWHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?6+ years of experience in digital marketing , preferably with agency experienceProven expertise managing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Linked InStrong understanding of digital marketing operations, campaign analytics, and reportingExperience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversionsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insightsAbility to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and “no job is beneath me” mentalityARE THERE ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS?Experience in venture capital, startup ecosystems, workforce development, or upskillingExperience marketing programs that recruit founders, entrepreneurs, or professional learnersFamiliarity with CRM or marketing automation systems used for lead tracking and reportingFeatured benefits:Career GrowthWork with Modern TechRemote-Friendly FlexibilityInternational ExperiencePathway to U.S. Market OpportunitiesStable, Growing Industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
