Paid Media Acquisition Leadership Role \ We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our paid media strategies across various platforms. This role will be responsible for driving significant growth in customer acquisition and ROI through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities: \ \ • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.\ • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.\ • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.\ • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.\ • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and reporting tools.\ • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and provide actionable insights.\ • Identify and troubleshoot performance issues and implement corrective actions.\ • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.\ • Evaluate and recommend new platforms and technologies to enhance campaign performance.\ • Leverage data analytics and attribution modeling to optimize campaign effectiveness.\ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.\ • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support.\ • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting campaign performance and recommendations.\ • Work with creative teams to optimize ad creative.\ • Manage relationships with paid media vendors and partners.\ • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.\
