Key Responsibilities • Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate spending across channels including paid search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising • Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns • Develop targeting strategies to reach key audience segments • Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports on ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other relevant metrics • Lead A / B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content • Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media vendors • Ensure brand consistency across all paid campaigns • Stay current with digital advertising trends and platform updates Required Qualifications • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major advertising platforms • Experience managing influencer consumer campaigns • Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic advertising • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data visualization tools • Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modeling • Experience with bid management tools and automation platforms • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus
