This position will oversee digital advertising strategies across dozens of retail locations throughout the United States, with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and maximizing return on advertising spend. Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Bing, and other digital platforms.Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROAS.Analyze campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms.Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and creative to improve results.Monitor website and campaign analytics while providing regular performance reports and actionable insights.Partner with internal marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives.Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
