Digital Advertising Manager (Meta Ads)

GAH, is an online social-good company and is seeking an highly motivated Meta Ads Manager with strong knowledge and experience.

Role

To manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and improving paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and improve overall marketing performance.

This role requires someone who understands Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, retargeting strategies, and performance tracking. Experience working with service-based businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaignsMonitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns for better resultsGenerate qualified leads through Meta advertisingSet up audience targeting, custom audiences, and retargeting campaignsConduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and campaign strategiesAnalyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversionsWork with the marketing team to improve ad creatives and landing pagesPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsManage advertising budgets efficientlyStay updated with Meta advertising trends and platform updatesRequirements

Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) AdsStrong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business ManagerExperience with lead generation campaignsUnderstanding of conversion tracking and Meta Pixel setupAbility to analyze campaign data and improve performanceExperience with retargeting and audience segmentationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience in home improvement, windows & doors, or service-based industries is a plusJob Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $20 per hour
