About the Job OneHope’s Digital Marketing Group (DMG) develops and executes marketing strategies that promote digital scripture programs to children and youth around the world. Using modern digital advertising platforms and methods, the Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for overseeing advertising projects, activities and channels used to reach our target audience. • Oversees the design of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience • Manages and oversees campaigns and analyze results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign • Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new ad campaign concepts, including design elements • Create integrated digital marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new leads and re-engage them • Measure key performance indicators with various products in collaboration with the DMG’s data analysis team. • Ability to work with limited supervision and in a complex, innovative, and rapidly changing environment.
