The Digital Advertising Manager will work with our Marketing team to implement, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital channels to support our core business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • You’ll analyze and optimize our digital advertising campaigns, most notably on Amazon and Google • You’ll support the successful rollout of new products through planning, managing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth • You’ll own, analyze, and communicate customer, campaign, ads, and sales behavior, turning data into actionable insights to increase sales • You’ll identify new opportunities, tools, and methods to grow and engage customers to drive sales and loyalty • You will continuously test and improve our digital advertising strategies through detailed tracking, analyzing, and reporting • You’ll serve as our in-house expert on advertising analytics and share knowledge with colleagues throughout the company To succeed with us at Spire, you must bring: • A drive to continuously improve - you pursue development for yourself and your work, finding ways to boost the success of the company • Innovation and Creativity - the ability to think differently about solving problems and find inventive solutions • Excitement about uncharted territory - you don’t need an established playbook because you want to write something new • High level of accountability - raising the bar on what ownership and integrity look like
