This role will work with global stakeholders and business leaders to define the L&D strategy and action plan, manage the learning program, prioritize work, and leverage resources to meet plan. ResponsibilitiesLearning Program Management: Planning, Development, Delivery and Execution Partners with SMB cross teams and lead SMB learning programs and initiatives by identifying organizational needs, developing comprehensive plans, communicating with stakeholders, and prioritizing work across the working teams. Program Success Analysis and Metrics Determine the evolution of learning using data, technology, and Microsoft Advertising transformation strategy, to successfully define capability gaps for the business, improve benchmarking, and drive learning priorities through learner-centric methodology. Drives assessment and change management of learning programs and content to determine how they are being consumed by stakeholders.
