This role will work with global stakeholders and business leaders to define the L&D strategy and action plan, manage the learning program, prioritize work, and leverage resources to meet plan. They will also provide guidance on how data should be used to monitor pre-established learning objectives for various deliverables and evaluate feedback to determine the changes to the program, in addition to representing the learning program status to organization leaders.
