Digital Advertising & Marketing Intern

The intern is primarily responsible for support in the areas of operations, client service, marketing execution, vendor coordination, and general admin. Marketing/Sponsorship Execution • Coordinate sponsorship execution and implementation of contracts, including event activation, digital marketing efforts, and help nurture vendor relationships (ex: Agency, Influencer, Sweepstakes & Video Production Partners) • Assist with the activation of client email and social media strategy, creating and maintaining a consistent plan for these channels • Write, create, and implement client social media posts on Facebook and Instagram using provided graphics templates to maintain a consistent brand presence and for the purpose of events or promotional marketing • Client social media community monitoring and management, including responding to positive and negative comments or messages with templated responses provided and bringing any issues to the CEO and/or client as needed Qualifications: • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience creating and outlining processes to help streamline efficiency & effectiveness • Strong understanding of all social media platforms • Previous marketing or sponsorship coordination experience is a plus • Previous experience in planning and execution of events is a plus To apply for the Digital Advertising & Marketing position, please send a resume to [email protected] About Beyond Business: • Beyond Business is focused on B2B revenue generation through marketing programs and partnerships, sales growth strategies, and activation.
