Responsibilities include inputting advertising contract terms, setting up and managing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring ads are delivered correctly and on time, proactively sourcing and implementing ad tech to optimize current offerings, managing scheduling and deployment of ads, running ad testing, identifying and resolving technical issues related to ad delivery and tracking, monitoring campaign performance, and providing reports to stakeholders. Key skills and qualifications include direct experience using an ad server, implementing ad tech, educating and leading team members in the Ad Ops space, communicating complex technical issues in a simplified business-first manner, a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in ad operations/digital media, understanding of various digital advertising pricing models, excellent organizational and time management skills, knowledge of Salesforce, order management systems, and necessary SOX reporting, ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, investigative perspective, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
