As the Digital Advertising Operations Specialist you will be responsible for campaign trafficking, creative QA and execution. • Responsible for all components of digital campaigns; assist Campaign Ops Manager in day-today support, troubleshooting, QAing campaigns, and providing overall coverage for the team • Ensure proper execution, optimization, and delivery • Proactively review campaign assets (Creative, IOs, and tags) and monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance, providing recommendations and consultancy for full optimization fo campaigns • Assist Ops Manager with taxonomy, data governance, ad tagging, and Salesforce/ Order Management product mapping • Perform quality assurance and analysis of creative assets and third-party ad tags • Manage the operational aspects of custom digital products - sponsored Newsletters, Branded Content promotion, in-house admail (via Sailthru), 1st party data cohorts (via Permutive) • Collaborate with Product, Development, and relevant teams to ensure new products meet Sales and Operational needs - assist with operational roll-out; test and confirm functionality of new ad products and ad experiences We actively work to create an inclusive environment where all of our employees can thrive.
