We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support for multiple accounts by performing assigned tasks including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing and optimizations, tagging, reporting, screenshots, content creation, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Input buys (direct site and programmatic) into Prisma • Create and QA traffic sheets • Set up campaigns in ad server (DCM), ensuring adherence to naming conventions, UTMs, and URLs • Troubleshoot ad serving, tag errors, and any technical issues (Floodlight QA and testing and Pixel firing QA) • Facilitate creative and URL swaps and rotation • Provide tagging support, including floodlight creation, pixel implementation and monitoring, page analysis, distribution of tags to publishers for implementation, and communication with publishers and vendors for troubleshooting queries / investigations and reporting discrepancies • Partner with creative teams to receive all elements of ad campaign and QA all assets for accuracy when applicable Requirements • 3-5 years experience in an agency environment • Experience implementing tagging and trafficking procedures in an agency environment • Advanced knowledge of campaign management, ad server, and bid management platforms as it relates to operations • DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Sizmek, and DV360 DSP experience strongly preferred • Prisma experience • DV, Moat, Comscore, experience a plus About Us We provide expert talent solutions across the ad industry.
