Digital Advertising Operations Specialist

As a Digital Advertising Operations Specialist, you will serve as a consultative partner across Sales and Ad Operations to optimize cross-platform campaigns, safeguard revenue, and deliver high-impact advertiser experiences. This dynamic role offers a high-visibility opportunity to elevate your expertise within a premier global entertainment network. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute and streamline post-sale digital campaigns, ensuring flawless end-to-end delivery across media channels.
Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking assets, and brand safety requirements to proactively resolve delivery issues and protect client revenue.
Analyze live campaign performance data and third-party discrepancies using advanced Excel functions to generate actionable optimization strategies.
Partner directly with Yield and Finance teams to conduct billing reconciliations, eliminate discrepancies, and drive maximum campaign efficiency.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in digital media, ad operations, or client services within a fast-paced media environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data manipulation, and analytical problem-solving.
Demonstrated track record of managing multi-channel priorities, campaign troubleshooting, and delivering data-driven solutions under firm deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong collaborative communication skills and exposure to digital ad platforms.
