As the Digital Advertising (PPC) Department Manager, you’ll play a critical role in refining and expanding our digital advertising services, ensuring client campaigns deliver measurable results, and aligning department initiatives with broader agency goals. Day-to-day work includes: • Owning the day-to-day operations and strategic vision of the department • Developing and implementing processes and workflows to improve efficiency • Leading department projects that improve our service offerings, client performance, or other agency initiatives • Proactively reviewing strategies and performance of client accounts • Displaying ownership of client results, digging in to solve issues when they arise • Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 5-10 team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
