As a Part-Time Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the internal teams and our clients to coordinate and facilitate the campaign setup process from inception to delivery. You will ensure that deadlines are met, assets approved, designers are receiving direction to deliver rock-star level design and copywriters are wordsmithing on time. • Timeline Management: • Utilize project management application Monday.com to manage production schedules and task deadlines for all team members • Coordinate with clients, designers, and other internal team members to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within estimated timelines. • Oversee the collection of other assets such as copy, or customer lists • Rename files after receipt from designers and maintain taxonomy on all artwork file names to ensure accurate analytics and reporting • Traffic digital advertising assets from clients and designers to ad operations teams for use in campaigns • Maintain Master Production Calendar and ensure all projects are in process • Quality Control: • Conduct thorough quality checks on artwork deliverables to ensure they meet advertising platform specifications and internal standards.
