This role will be responsible for driving overall advertising strategy across search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and emerging generative engine optimization channels. The ideal candidate combines hands-on knowledge of digital advertising platforms with strategic leadership experience, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and is confident managing external agencies. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or program management or related field • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or program management with a global scope • Prior experience with the following platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Bing • 1+ year of experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and experience measuring campaign performance and ROI • 1+ year of experience in campaign attribution and marketing automation utilizing CRM tools such as Marketo and D365 CRM Employee benefits are part of the competitive total rewards package that Donaldson Company, Inc. provides to you.
